Refund policy

We don't offer returns or refunds as all products are made to your order. We ensure finest quality in all of our products and superior packaging to protect the product from shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

In case of damaged products received
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your query/complaint (in case the product received is damaged and the above point is fulfilled) and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified by our team within 10 business days.
